How To Apply (International students)

Per-Experience Master in International Management

International students, applying for the 1st term  should send  to IBS by 20th of July at the latest the following  documents: 

• Alpplication form  
• Copy of your bachelor degree certificate,   notorized (with an apostile where applicable), complete with transcript of academic records. 
• Curriculum Vitae
• Proof of your proficiency in English (TOEFL, IELTS)
• 2 passport size photos (b/w or color)
• Passport copy  (1st page)
  

International students, coming from partner IBSA universities for the 2nd term  should send  to IBS by 20th of December at the latest the following  documents: 

• Alpplication form
• Copy of your bachelor degree certificate,  notorized (with an apostile where applicable), complete with transcript of academic records. 
• Curriculum Vitae
• 2 passport size photos (b/w or color)
• Passport copy  (1st page)

Visa information  for international students

International students must have a visa for entering Russia.

You should  apply for a visa at the Russian consulate with an invitation letter, that will be sent to you after you have applied and have been  admitted into the program.   It takes the consulate approximately 10 days to issue a visa after you submit the documents to the consulate. You will be given a  single entry, 30 days Russian visa. Once you have arrived and registered at IBS you will be given a multi-entry visa for the whole period of your stay in Russia. Your passport should be valid throughout that period.

When you are entering Russia (or when you are on the plane) you will be given an immigration card, please do not lose this document as it will be needed for registration process and for further procedures here in Russia for issuing a multiple entry student  visa.

For us to issue the invitation letter (visa support) we need a  scanned copy of the first page of you passport and  some additional information (please fill out the table  in  information_visa.doc).

Please download this document, fill out the table  and send together with you passport scan to ibs-master@mail.ru. You letter of invitation will be sent to you in approximately 21 days.
