Experience as a consultant:

• 1983 - 1991: Assistant director of the project for studying the economic efficiency of flexible robotic systems under an intergovernmental agreement on robotic engineering between the USSR and the German Democratic Republic
• 1995 - 1997: Examination of investment projects for the Russian Technology Development Fund. The examination was conducted jointly with specialists from Ernst Young Vneshconsult. Participation in an innovation project for the production of compact cars. Participants in that projects were: Motor Car Research Institute, the Russian Technology Development Fund, Ernst Young Vneshconsult, Vladimir Tractor Plant
• 2003 - 2007: The Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors, activity area: preparation of professional accountants for the award of the certificate by the RF Ministry of Finance. Work in the Accountants Certification Committee of the RF Ministry of Finance. Participation in the audit of OAO The Degtiaryov Plant, the city of Kovrov, Vladimir Region.
• Now: Expert for the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly
