Leading Researcher of the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Head of the Sector of Social Mobility Studies.

1998-2006 – a coordinator of the SDMR (Social Distinctions in Modern Russia) a international project based on an All-Russia longitudinal survey with the representative sample of 2800
2001-2003 – a coordinator of a complex study “Social profile of a Russian manager” (survey of top managers based on the sample of 1000,  20 informal interviews)
2003-2006 – «Becoming of organizational culture”, qualitative and quantitative study focusing on industrial sector in Russia and CIS.
2003 – ‘”Enterprise image in the regions of operations” , a complex study including a population survey, focus groups and interviews
2004 – «Corporate social responsibility in Russia”, a complex study, survey of the population, media figures, top bureaucrats and top manager of Russian enterprises
