International Master in Management

 

 

 

 

 

Our international Master’s programme is conducted in co-operation with the International Business School Alliance (IBSA) comprising:

The programme aims to help students acquire professional and personal skills that would meet international requirements. A special focus in on developing cross-cultural capabilities, which is achieved by learning business disciplines in a global context.


Programme Design and Content
 
The IBSA programme offers a set of core modules in semester one, followed by a semester two specialisation consisting of 3-6 modules and a final research project. 

  • Semester one provides students with core modules worth 30 ECTS setting the context of the broader field of global business and management. 
  • Semester two provides the specialisation modules, also worth 30 ECTS, plus the final research project worth a further 30 ECTS. 
  • The final project is related to the chosen specialist business function.

Students may access the IBSA programme with a previous degree relevant or cognate to Business Management (e.g. Bachelors’ Degrees in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance and Management).

Students have to attend the first semester in any of the partner universities and attend the second semester and complete the final research project in any other partner university. 


 

Our students on the European Master of Science in International Management programme after taking courses at IBS-Moscow for one semester and then for one more semester at any of our partner universities are awarded by the Academy of National Economy with the non-government accredited European Master of Science in International Management diploma. This diploma provides an equivalent of 90 ECTS credits.

All programmes offered by the foreign partner universities are nationally accredited. Our Master’s degree programme has the Russian Government accreditation and that of the University Academic Standards Committee, UK.
