Universiteit Antwerpen Management School  was the first to offer an Executive MBA programme in Europe.

This programme was launched in 1959.

The UAMS started Executive MBA in Moscow in 1998 with close cooperation with IBS-Moscow.

Over 450 Russian Managers have successfully completed it since that time.

 


It is a joint Russian-Belgian project involving a team of professors from Belgium, Russia and the USA. Quality assurance control over the project is exercised by Universiteit Antwerpen. The teaching is delivered in Russian and English.

 

The duration of the programme is 18 months.
Entrants are enrolled on a competitive basis.
The average age of the students is 33-35. This is a part-time programme conducted in two formats: evening formats and modular one.

 

Graduates are granted with official state Belgian diploma and an Executive MBA degree of Universiteit Antwerpen Management School.

 

The aim of the programme is to structure participant’s experience, acquire a broad understanding of the business environment and strengthen strategic management thinking and leadership skills.

 

This project is the first and still one of very few Executive MBA programmes in Russia that has the accreditation of the International Association to Advanced Collegiate Schools of business (AACSB).
